Below are links to the audio documentation for the discussion "What Makes Public Art?" which took place on March 9, 2007 in downtown Syracuse. The discussion, which lasted over 2 hours, has been broken up into smaller increments only to create easy access.
This dicussion was lively, and important, as many members of the Syracuse arts community took part.
